Water Shut Downs

General Information

From time to time, with little or no notice, a water scheme needs to be shut down for a short period of time. This occurs for a variety of reasons, for example:

• Leaks
• Pipe failure
• Mechanical failure
• Blockages

Our Utilities staff work around the clock where there is a need, to ensure that a continuous flow is maintained to your property.

Any leaks or water faults can be reported by any of the following means:

• Contact our office on 03 314 8816. This number is monitored 24/7
• Report an issue using your smartphone - Snap, Send, Solve
