NOTICE OF IMPOUNDING AND OF THE PROPOSED SALE OF IMPOUNDED STOCK
The Impounding Act 1955, Section 46(2).
Description of stock:
One Sheep, white in colour,
Impounded from Duffs Road, Balcairn, Amberley, and impounded at Council's Stock Pound.
Notice is hereby given that, unless claimed by the owner and all due fees paid in full, the stock will be sold in 'as is' condition by public auction or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Impounding Act 1955.
If unclaimed by Wednesday 18 September 2024, the stock will be auctioned at Council's Stock Pound at 11 Duffs Road, Balcairn, Amberley.
