Reporting an Issue
There are several ways you can report an issue with Council property or services and we encourage you to do so. If this is urgent please call us by phone.
While our staff and contractors will spot many issues while they are out working, we also need the eyes and ears of the community to let us know when things are not right. This is what you can do:
Snap, Send, Solve
Snap, Send, Solve is the simplest way of reporting problems from your web browser or smart phone.

Using the service
There are just four simple steps:
- Take a picture of the issue (this is optional)
- Confirm the location of the issue
- Select the type of issue
(Snap, Send, Solve uses the location and type of issue to send the report to the correct authority). - Fill out the details on the form and press “Submit”.
That’s it. We will get onto the issue and let you know what we have done.
