Rock fall barrier fence for safety

The rock fall barrier fence on Hurunui Bluff Road is complete. This was built due to the ongoing rock falls and safety concerns.

Many thanks to the contractors Rock Control who carried out this work over the past eight weeks, and the cooperation and patience from road users and landowners while these works took place.

This rock barrier fence was budgeted into the Long Term Plan.
