Active Supervision means:
Watching your children at all times and being able to provide immediate help.
Keeping at a close enough distance where you can see, hear and be heard by your child and your child must be able to see you.
Children under five years old using the toddler's pool must be within arms reach and under active supervision of a responsible caregiver over the age of 16 years.
Non-Swimmers and children under five years old using the main pool must be accompanied in the pool by responsible caregiver over the age of 16 years and be kept within arms reach.
Children aged five - nine years old must be actively supervised by a responsible caregiver over the age of 16 years.
Non-compliance – In the event that a child under the age of 10 is unsupervised the child will be removed from the pool and will not be allowed to re-enter until the caregiver is actively supervising. If a second warning is required the family may be asked to leave the facility. No refunds will apply in this instance.
